Service-related messages about a reservation, inquiry, application, account, or direct conversation are separate from marketing messages.
- Marketing emails include a way to unsubscribe. We may keep a limited suppression record so we can continue honoring your choice.
- If you separately opt in to marketing texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or contact us using the information below. Reply HELP for help.
- Marketing consent is not required to make a reservation, submit an inquiry, apply for a job, or purchase food.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for essential functions such as login, security, form protection, saved preferences, popup frequency, and notifications. Third-party services embedded on the site may use their own technologies under their privacy policies. Blocking these tools may prevent some features from working.
6. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, customer service, employment review, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Some information may remain for a limited period in backups or records needed to honor opt-out requests. We use automated data retention settings that periodically delete inactive account and inquiry records. We do not publish specific timeframes, but data is not kept indefinitely once it is no longer needed.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, secure storage, account authentication, file checks, monitoring, and backups. No website or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information, and to appeal a denied request. You may also have rights concerning the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. We do not currently sell personal data or use information from our forms or portal for targeted advertising.
To submit a request, email events@newbraunfels.nolisvite.com with the subject Privacy Request. Include the email address you used with us and describe your request. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity. If a request is denied, you may reply with the subject Privacy Appeal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Creating a customer account is optional. Accounts provide a faster way to track and submit inquiries, but you can always contact us by phone or email to manage reservations and inquiries without one.
If you have a customer account, you can delete individual inquiries, your account data, or your entire account directly through the customer portal at any time — no approval is required. If you have not created an account, you may request deletion by contacting us using the details in Section 13. You may also use portal controls to submit requested edits for staff review and view messages related to your submissions. We may retain information when permitted or required by law.
